We use Royal Mail's second class post for saver service orders.Our saver delivery service costs just £2.00.We aim to dispatch all saver orders within 2 working days.After we have posted your order, saver parcels are most often delivered within 2-4 days, but have been known to take over a week. There is no guarantee of delivery time with a standard item. If you must have your order within 5 working days we would advise using the express service.
Standard Delivery
We use Royal Mail's first class post for smaller standard service orders.Our standard delivery service costs £4.00.We aim to dispatch all standard service orders within 2 working days.After we have posted your order, smaller standard service parcels are most often delivered within 1-2 days, but have been known to take over a week. Larger ones are tracked and should be with you the next working day. There is no guarantee of delivery time with a standard service item. If you must have your order within 5 working days we would advise using the express service.
Express Service
We use Royal Mail Tracked or DPD courier for express service orders. A signature is required on delivery when DPD is delivering, and the parcel can be tracked.Our express delivery service costs £8.00.We will dispatch express service orders next working day unless we have a design query which cannot be resolved immediately.Express orders are sent on a 24 hour tracked delivery service to almost all UK mainland addresses. A signature is not usually required for smaller orders, if a signature is required for the order and you are not in when it is delivered a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
